Services and Appointment Times
Our services are available by appointment and walk-in at 350 5th Ave Fl 26 New York NY 10118. Appointments can be made online through our website or over the phone at (934) 368-4634. All customers are seen in an expedient manner, but priority will be given to those with appointments in order to minimize wait time. We are open Monday-Friday 9:00am-6:00pm, Saturday 9:00am-5:00pm. We are closed on Sundays and statutory Holidays. Certain services may not be available in all locations or jurisdictions and are also subject to availability. We reserve the right to deny or reschedule appointments.
Service Fees and Payments and Refund Policy
Fees for services are determined by the type of service and are available on request and at our website. Payment is accepted by: cash, cheque, and debit. All fees must be paid in full, upfront of the provision of service, unless otherwise stated. Receipts will be issued for all transactions.
Refunds may be issued at our absolute discretion in the event of service error, transaction overpayment, or the inability to fulfill a service due to factors within our control. Refunds will not be issued on certain government fee payments, third party payments or issues with a completed transaction. If you are inquiring about the possibility for a refund please call our offices directly.
Use of the Site and Online Services

Translation and Interpreter Services
The Registry Office provides certified translation of documents and interpreter services in these languages:
Our goal is to provide appropriate translation, in an efficient and timely manner. We do not, however, guarantee that translated documents prepared on our behalf will be accepted by third parties, including government authorities. The onus is on the customer to confirm the requirements of the receiving source, prior to requesting our translation services.
Downloadable Forms and Other Features
Our web site has forms available for download and printing that allow you to complete your service quickly and increase service efficiency. Though we try to keep these current and accurate, the customer is responsible for using the proper and current forms needed to comply with service requirements. The Registry Office accepts no responsibility for delays or problems caused by failure to use the proper and current form.
Making Appointments and Cancelling Appointments
Appointments can be made by telephone or online. Early bookings are recommended for best service. Cancellations and reschedules may be made upon 24 hours’ notice to the Registry Office to allow time for dates and times to be filled by other customers. No-shows without notice to us may lose any deposit or priority booking. The Registry Office may change or cancel appointments as a result of circumstances beyond our control.
Limitations on Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Registry Office: Calgary South Inc., its directors, officers, employees and affiliates, are not liable for any direct or indirect loss of data, loss of business or financial losses arising in any way from your use of services, products or websites operated or provided to you by or through us, including, without limitation, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages or in the event such damages were foreseeable. Our maximum liability in any circumstance will be limited to the monetary amount paid to us by you for the service giving rise to the damage or loss.
